Admissions Online

IMPORTANT NOTE: Existing Families, DO NOT re-enroll your students with Online Application.  This process is for NEW families only.  Go to your FACTS Family Portal (ParentsWeb) account under the Apply/Enroll drop down menu, then click on Enrollment/Reenrollment to re-enroll your students for the upcoming school year.  Enrollment for the upcoming school year begins February 1st at 9 am.
 
 
NEW FAMILIES - How to Apply
 
The application and enrollment process for the 2021-22 school year is OPEN!   Applying is easy using our Online Application. We require families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable Application Fee of $25 per student is due with each application, payable via debit or credit card at the time the application is submitted.

The Home School Program is available for students in grades 3 – 12.  Parents can view course options during the application process or contact the school to inquire further.

Upon acceptance there is an enrollment fee - $220 per full-time student and $120 per home school student.

Jr. Kindergarten applicant’s must be 4 years old by August 31st of the current school year.
 
Create an Online Application
 
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for each child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
 
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed application and monitor when the school receives  the Pastor Recommendation Form.
 
Need Financial Assistance?
 
If your family is in need of financial assistance (for tuition), please login in to our FACTS website (https://online.factsmgt.com/SignIn.aspx), create an account, and apply.  Only a certain amount of financial assistance is allotted per school year, so apply early to ensure there are funds available.  Contact the school office for more information about how the financial assistance process works.
