Now Enrolling for the 2025-26 School Year
 
Applications for the current school year will continue to be considered for out-of-city transfers and on a case-by-case basis. 
 

How to Apply 

1. Create an Account
To begin the online application process, please click the "Create an Account" link above . From there you will be instructed to create a username and password, and verify your email account.
 
2. Start Application  
To start a Student Application, click on the "Start Application" link above, or the "Application" tab at the top of this page and log into the account you created. A new Student Application must be created for each child you plan to enroll.  Data entered within the application will be auto saved and you do not need to complete the application all at once.
 
3. Review, Submit & Pay Application Fee
Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must review and then submit the application. You will then be instructed to pay the non-refundable $30 application fee. After submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation email from our Admissions Office and are able to track your admissions status by logging into your FACTS account. 
 
BEFORE YOU START - Prepare with the following:
  • School records from the previous year, including report cards or transcripts and any IEP/504, if applicable.
  • Name and email address of Pastor you would like the Pastor Recommendation Form sent to.
  • Set aside 30 minuets to an hour in order to complete the application. Because Providence is looking to partner with families, the application questions are intentionally thorough.
  • Read the Providence Academy Parent/Student Handbook. A parent signature, indicating you have read the handbook, is required in order to submit the application.

 

Program Options

4K: Students in the 4K program have the option of attending four half-days (Mon-Thur) from 7:50 a.m. - 11:15 a.m., or five full-days (Mon-Fri) 7:50 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.. 4K students must be at least 4 years of age by September 1st of the current year and must be toilet trained. All 4K students are screened prior to admittance in order to determine classroom needs. This will be arranged during the interview process.

Grammar School (5K-6th grade): Classes for the Grammar School run 7:50 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. 5K students must be at least 5 years of age by September 1st of the current year. All 5K-6th grade students are screened prior to admittance in order to determine classroom needs. This will be arranged during the interview process.

Logic & Rhetoric School (7th-12th grade): Classes for the Logic & Rhetoric School run 7:50 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.. The Headmaster screens all 7th-12th grade students prior to admittance and determines the need for potential testing.

Financial Assistance

If your family is in need of financial assistance (for tuition), please log in, create an account, and apply on our FACTS Website. Once logged in, under "FACTS Grant & Aid," click on "Start Application." Financial Assistance is limited per school year, so apply early to ensure your application is considered. Contact the admissions office for more information about how the financial assistance process works.

Families with full-time Pastors/Christian Ministry Workers: Please complete the Pastor/Christian Ministry Tuition Benefit Application and FACTS Aid Application in order to potentially qualify for a tuition discount.
